Gentle Movement Session
Our popular FREE adult wellbeing dance sessions – Creative Soul Dance - are back for another term and we have a few spaces left in this friendly group. Led by Ballet Rambert trained professional dancer and teacher Emily Yong these gentle sessions for adults of all abilities will help you relax, de-stress and get your body moving. Stretching and loosening the body, gentle fun-routines and a chance to express yourself through movement inspired by a range of different art forms. We end with a relaxing meditative cool-down. Followed by refreshments and a chance to chat with others. Every Wednesday evening at 7pm in term-time.
Sessions are 13th Sep - 18th Oct - please book for this six week block. Places are limited.
