A magical experience for all the family, featuring Christmas crafting activities and an interactive retelling of the Christmas story - with carol singing!

We are all children on Christmas Eve - you are welcome to join us whether you are 2 or 102!

This popular event will be hosted at the hotel by Nine Elms Arts Ministry in partnership with St George’s Nine Elms Church.

Suitable for children of all ages. Children must have a parent or guardian with them at all times. Arrive early as this event has been very popular in previous years.

Join us for a creative art experience, crafting ‘heartfelt’ fabric hanging ornaments that reflect the true spirit of Christmas.

In this workshop artist Gemma will guide you through the techniques to create a beautiful embroidered, felt heart ornament in vibrant colours, with festive motifs and the added sparkle of sequins and decorative beads.

Be inspired to continue your Christmas creativity at home, and bring the heart of Christmas to your festive decorations.

This creative workshop combines the relaxing art of origami with a chance for some simple creative writing – reflecting on what is at the heart of Christmas for you. 

Artist and designer, Roopa will guide you through simple origami techniques, allowing you to create beautiful origami hearts – bearing heart-warming festive messages. 

You will go away with personalised cards or decorations to share with friends and family.

Create your own Christmas scent with essential oils, to enjoy in your own home. 

This workshop will be hosted by Alexa Muen, the artist at the heart of our Christmas exhibition, and will take place inside her immersive art installation, at the art’beat studio. This art installation is a multi-sensory, immersive experience and features a specially designed scent: “Release”, which Alexa has created for the exhibition to give a sense of relaxation and meditation. "Release" is a layered scent with notes of Myrrh, Frankincense, Pine and Citrus. 

Learn the key elements of perfume making and understand more about the therapeutic benefits of essential oils, while creating your own seasonal scent.
