Our popular FREE adult wellbeing DAYTIME dance sessions are back on a Tuesday morning at 11am. Led by our professional dancer/teachers, these gentle sessions for adults of all abilities will help you relax, de-stress and get your body moving. Stretching and loosening the body, gentle fun-routines and a chance to express yourself through movement, with a relaxing meditative cool-down. Followed by refreshments and a chance to chat with others.
