Gentle Movement Session
Following the success of Creative Soul Dance, our popular FREE adult wellbeing dance sessions, we are delighted to launch a new daytime session on a Tuesday morning at 11am. Led by Trinity Laban trained professional dancer and teacher Anna Nichols, these gentle sessions for adults of all abilities will help you relax, de-stress and get your body moving. Stretching and loosening the body, gentle fun-routines and a chance to express yourself through movement, with a relaxing meditative cool-down. Followed by refreshments and a chance to chat with others.
Booking in advanced is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.
