Gentle Movement Session
Led by professional dancers, Emily Yong, Rachel Riveros and Anna Nicholls each FREE session begins with a gentle warm up, followed by some simple stretches, before we explore a short movement piece, based around a different theme and using different dance styles each week.
It’s all about expressing yourself through movement, in an encouraging and supportive environment - there is no such thing as getting it wrong! Suitable for adults of all ages and abilities - whether you have never danced or want to get moving again.
After each session there will be refreshments and a chance to reflect on the class and enjoy each other’s company.
